Thomas J Schneck

Thomas J. Schneck is an associate with the law firm. He began practicing law in 1987, and has been practicing in Southeastern Wisconsin his entire career. He has been associated with Andrew C. Ladd since February, 2005. He is a general practitioner concentrating in the areas of family law, criminal law, traffic, bankruptcy and civil litigation. He has appeared in federal and state courts all over the State of Wisconsin, and has significant trial and courtroom experience.

            While he possesses the technical expertise in the courtroom, he also approaches the practice of law in a holistic sense. He advises clients not only what they can do, but also on that they should do based on what is best for the client from a big-picture point of view. He understands that no one really wants to have an attorney involved in their lives, but would want an attorney who will candidly assess their matter and provide the necessary advice and services to achieve their goals in a cost-effective manner.

            He has successfully represented clients charged with crimes and traffic violations. He has achieved client goals in custody and family law matters. He has successfully obtained debt relief for his bankruptcy clients. Because of his broad practice experience, he is able to advise clients whose matters are not solely limited to one area of the law (for example, a divorce client facing criminal charges or debt problems).
